Space Owner Onboarding / EV Listing
JustPark is founded in 2006, and has been making it easier for drivers to find, book, and pay for parking for over 15 years. Over 5m drivers use this award-winning app to find parking each year. At JustPark, I was responsible for space owners’ onboarding processes as a Product Designer.
User research
To start my design I need to understand space owners’ problems so I can start to design a solution for them. I prepared 9 main questions to understand their expectations from the app. We asked those questions through JustPark app via Typeform survey tool. I categorized the results depending on their importance level and prioritized them. You can find the details below the image.
Wireframes
After deciding on the prioritization of the items with the design team; I did the phase 1 wireframes. I did meetings with the Product and Marketing team, gathered their feedback, and finalized the design.
UI
I start to design the approved wireframe on Figma, after the stakeholder meetings. During the design process, I had regular meetings with both product teams and technical teams to proceed with the design, and I finalized my design after all those meetings within the timeframe reserved for my work. I integrated the final design assets into the company’s design system.
