Welcome to my portfolio showcasing the dashboard designs crafted for a comprehensive case study. Tasked with developing intuitive dashboards, I benefited from the case study and the corporate website to assess the need. These dashboards were designed to streamline incident processes and enhance performance management alongside third-party teams.
Within this project, emphasis was placed on key elements vital to effective incident management and performance evaluation. These critical components include response time, resolution time, incident count, severity levels, and overall performance metrics for incidents and assigned responsibilities.

I started my research by understanding the company’s field of expertise and it’s interaction with clients. I did a market benchmark and competitor analysis to better understand the situation and the needs.
Beginning with rough sketches on paper, I started the prototyping phase. I studied the company’s ethos, aligning the designs seamlessly with its corporate identity and branding guidelines. I finalized the design on Figma.
My goal was to create a cohesive and compelling user experience by aligning visual elements with the company’s brand identity. I aimed to create designs that were clear, consistent and flexible enough to accommodate custom user interactions.
